Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 3 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.
To easily track your order, you can:
- Go to your Shapely Fitted Account. (Note: If you haven’t registered yet using the email address when you placed your order, simply click the same link to create your account now.)
- Go to the order you want to track.
- Click the Tracking Number below the item (some items may have been shipped separately).
If after 5 business days you still cannot see your tracking number and your order status shows “Unfulfilled”, please Contact Us.
